Ouarzazate & Ait Ben Haddou

We kick off our excursion in Ouarzazate with an early departure from your hotel in Agadir or Taghazout, heading towards the city of Taliouine, the African center for saffron, the world’s most expensive spice. We then pass through Taznakht, renowned for its vibrant Berber carpets, before reaching Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring earth constructions surrounded by high walls. After exploring the Kasbah and bustling souk, we indulge in a traditional lunch and visit the famous Atlas Film Studios. We wrap up our excursion at the Taourirt Kasbah, a captivating labyrinth of 19th-century history. On the way back to Agadir, weather permitting, we might witness goats climbing argan trees.
